SwayCatPrivacy Policy

SwayCat is a rope swing game for iPhone and iPad made by Youngmi Jang (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the SwayCat app and the website swaycat.web.app collect, why they collect it, and what choices you have. If you have questions, email us at one@ashsoft.us.
In short
- You don’t need to sign up or log in. We don’t ask for your name, email address, phone number or photos.
- The app creates an anonymous player ID so your daily mission score can appear on the leaderboard, and gives you an English leaderboard name such as “Swift Tabby #2685”. You can change it to a name of your choice.
- Your records, settings and ghost run stay on your device.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information the app collects

Stored only on your device
Your best scores, streak, settings (sound, language, ghost), your ghost run and the marks where you fell are saved on your device and are not sent to us. The app also remembers whether you bought Remove Ads.
2. Information the website collects
The website has no forms and no analytics. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) processes your IP address to deliver the pages.
3. How long we keep information
- Leaderboard entries are kept while the game’s leaderboards are online, unless you ask us to remove them. A name you choose is kept until you change it, go back to the generated name, or ask us to remove it.
- The anonymous player ID stays with our authentication provider. It is not linked to any personal information.
- Usage data, crash reports and advertising data are kept according to Google’s retention settings for Analytics, Crashlytics and AdMob. Crash reports are kept for 90 days.
- Purchase records are kept as long as they are needed to verify the purchase.
4. Your choices and rights
No tracking. SwayCat doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps and websites, and it doesn’t ask for tracking permission. Ads aren’t personalized.
Ad consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent through Google’s consent message, and you can change your choice later under “Ad privacy settings” in the app’s settings.
Remove Ads. After you buy Remove Ads, the app no longer starts the ad service or loads ads.
Removing your data. Deleting the app removes the records and settings stored on your device. Your leaderboard entries on our server are not deleted automatically: to have them removed, email the name shown on the leaderboard (for example “Swift Tabby #2685”) to one@ashsoft.us.
Your legal rights. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, California law or Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Contact us to use these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
5. Children
SwayCat is made for a general audience and does not ask for your age. It doesn’t collect identifying details such as your name or contact information, and ads are limited to content rated for parental guidance (PG). If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
6. Where information is processed
Our servers are provided by Google Cloud and Firebase and are located in the United States. Google, Apple and RevenueCat process this information on our behalf, mainly in the United States. Google processes it under its data processing terms, which include Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA, UK and Switzerland.

- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (privacy, how Google uses information from apps)
- RevenueCat: verifying the Remove Ads purchase (privacy)
- Apple: App Store purchases and App Attest (privacy)
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with these providers, for the purposes above.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top at least 7 days before the change takes effect. If a change is significant, we will also let you know in the app.

- 회원 가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 사진을 받지 않습니다.
- 오늘의 작전 점수를 순위표에 올리려고 익명 ID를 하나 만듭니다. 순위표 이름은 영어로 자동으로 정해지며(예: 「Swift Tabby #2685」), 원하면 직접 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 게임 기록과 설정은 기기에만 저장됩니다.

기기 안에만 남는 정보
최고 기록, 연속 기록, 설정(소리, 언어, 고스트), 내 고스트 판, 떨어진 자리 표시는 기기에만 저장하며 운영자에게 보내지 않습니다. 광고 제거 구매 여부도 기기에 저장해 둡니다.
2. 웹사이트가 모으는 정보
웹사이트는 정보를 입력받지 않고 분석 도구도 쓰지 않습니다. 다만 호스팅 업체(Google Firebase Hosting)가 페이지를 보여 주는 과정에서 IP 주소를 처리합니다.
3. 보관 기간
- 순위 기록은 순위표를 운영하는 동안 보관하며, 삭제를 요청하시면 지웁니다. 직접 정한 이름은 이름을 바꾸거나 기본 이름으로 되돌리거나 삭제를 요청하실 때까지 보관합니다.
- 익명 ID는 인증 서비스에 남지만, 개인정보와 연결되지 않습니다.
- 이용 기록, 오류 기록, 광고 정보는 Google의 Analytics·Crashlytics·AdMob 보관 설정에 따릅니다. 오류 기록은 90일 동안 보관됩니다.
- 구입 기록은 구입 확인에 필요한 동안 보관합니다.
4. 이용자의 선택과 권리
추적하지 않습니다. SwayCat은 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트와 정보를 엮어 추적하지 않고, 추적 허용도 묻지 않습니다. 맞춤 광고는 나오지 않습니다.
유럽경제지역·영국·스위스의 광고 동의. 법이 정한 지역에서는 Google 동의 화면으로 동의를 받으며, 앱 설정의 「광고 개인정보 설정」에서 나중에 바꿀 수 있습니다.
광고 제거. 광고 제거를 구매하면 앱이 더 이상 광고를 불러오지 않습니다.
정보 삭제. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 기록과 설정도 함께 지워집니다. 서버에 있는 순위 기록은 자동으로 지워지지 않으니, 순위표에 보이는 이름(예: 「Swift Tabby #2685」)을 one@ashsoft.us로 보내 주세요. 확인한 뒤 지웁니다.
법적 권리. 개인정보 보호법, GDPR 등 사는 곳의 법에 따라 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 위 이메일로 연락해 주세요. 개인정보 침해에 대해서는 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972)나 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118)에 상담하실 수 있습니다.
5. 어린이
SwayCat은 모든 연령이 즐길 수 있는 게임이며 나이를 묻지 않습니다. 이름이나 연락처처럼 누구인지 알 수 있는 정보는 받지 않고, 광고는 부모 지도 등급(PG)까지만 나오도록 제한해 두었습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 것을 알려 주시면 바로 지웁니다.
6. 국외 이전
앱을 이용하는 동안 정보가 인터넷을 통해 아래 회사의 서버(주로 미국)로 전송되어 처리됩니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 앱 이용을 멈추고 앱을 삭제해 주세요. 이 경우 앱을 이용할 수 없습니다.

운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 위 목적을 위해서만 이 회사들에 처리를 맡깁니다.
7. 안전하게 지키기
순위 서버는 App Check로 정상 앱의 요청만 받고, 모든 전송은 암호화(HTTPS)합니다. 서버 관리 권한은 꼭 필요한 사람에게만 부여합니다.
8. 방침이 바뀔 때
방침을 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다. 중요한 변경은 앱에서도 알려 드립니다.
