SwayCatTerms of Use

These terms apply when you use the SwayCat app and the website swaycat.web.app, provided by Youngmi Jang (“we”, “us”). By using SwayCat you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). If they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
1. Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use SwayCat for your own, non-commercial enjoyment on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store’s rules.
2. Remove Ads
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase processed by Apple, and the price is shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- It turns off the banner and the ads between runs in SwayCat. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the game.
- You can restore it on another device signed in with the same Apple Account.
3. Leaderboards and fair play
Please play fair. Don’t cheat, use bots or other automated play, modify the app or its network traffic, or otherwise manipulate scores or the leaderboard. If we find abuse, we may remove entries or limit access to online features.
You may choose your own leaderboard name. It must not be offensive, pass for someone else (including us) or contain personal information. We may reset names that break this, and you can report one by emailing one@ashsoft.us.
4. Ads
SwayCat shows ads provided by third parties between some runs and on the start and result screens, never during a run. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or sites you visit through them.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features, including leaderboards, at any time. We try to keep online features available, but we do not guarantee that they will always work without interruption.
6. Our content
The game, its art, characters, sounds and name belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the game.
7. Disclaimers and limits of liability
SwayCat is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live that cannot be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using SwayCat after a change, the updated terms apply.

이 약관은 Youngmi Jang(이하 「운영자」)이 제공하는 SwayCat 앱과 웹사이트 swaycat.web.app에 적용됩니다. SwayCat을 이용하면 이 약관과 Apple의 표준 사용권 계약(Standard EULA)에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 두 계약의 내용이 다르면 표준 사용권 계약이 우선합니다.
1. 게임 이용
App Store 규칙에 따라, 본인이 쓰는 Apple 기기에서 개인적인 용도로 SwayCat을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 권리는 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
2. 광고 제거
- 광고 제거는 한 번만 결제하는 상품이며, 결제는 Apple이 처리합니다. 가격은 구매 전에 표시되고, 환불은 Apple 정책을 따릅니다.
- 구매하면 SwayCat의 광고가 사라집니다. 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 곳으로 옮길 수 없습니다.
- 결제하면 바로 광고가 사라져서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 다른 기기에서 복원할 수 있습니다.
3. 순위표와 공정한 플레이
정정당당하게 플레이해 주세요. 부정행위, 봇이나 자동 플레이, 앱이나 통신 내용 변조로 점수나 순위표를 조작해서는 안 됩니다. 이런 행위가 확인되면 기록을 지우거나 온라인 기능 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
순위표 이름은 직접 정할 수 있습니다. 다만 불쾌감을 주는 이름, 다른 사람이나 운영자로 오해받을 수 있는 이름, 개인정보가 담긴 이름은 쓸 수 없으며, 이런 이름은 기본 이름으로 바꿀 수 있습니다. 문제가 있는 이름은 one@ashsoft.us로 알려 주세요.
4. 광고
SwayCat에는 다른 회사가 제공하는 광고가 나옵니다. 광고 내용이나 광고를 눌러 들어간 사이트에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
5. 변경과 중단
순위표를 비롯한 기능은 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 온라인 기능이 끊기지 않도록 노력하지만, 항상 문제없이 동작한다고 보장하지는 않습니다.
6. 콘텐츠의 권리
게임과 그림, 캐릭터, 소리, 이름의 권리는 운영자 또는 사용을 허락한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이 약관은 게임을 이용할 권리만 드립니다.
7. 책임의 한계
SwayCat은 현재 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 이 약관에 적지 않은 사항은 보증하지 않으며 간접 손해나 결과적 손해는 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 소비자 보호 법령이 보장하는 이용자의 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
8. 약관이 바뀔 때
약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지와 시행일을 고쳐 알립니다. 바뀐 뒤에도 SwayCat을 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관이 적용됩니다.
